CrossFit

Follow our 7 day structured and progressive CrossFit Program. Designed to get you fitter, stronger and faster

Strength and Conditioning

Our S&C is a structured 4 day program. The program is delivered in 4 classes through the week, you never have to think of your own gym workouts again! The program is designed to improve your strength, movement, posture and fitness. The class is super fun, progressive and delivered in an encouraging supportive environment. Everybody welcome!

Olympic Weightlifting

We run a person Olympic Weightlifting program at OGN CrossFit. We have 2 dedicated Weightlifting classes a week and receive a personal program for each class

Skill School

Learn and practice skill based movements from our CrossFit Programming.

Sunday Club

Finish off the week with a bang! Our Sunday Club is a CrossFit class that finishes off the week in style

Yoga with Alecs

As part of your membership you have access to Yogability online, created by Alecs. Alecs also comes to the gym to deliver a Yoga session to members

SWEAT

SWEAT is a fitness based class which is designed to improve general fitness using cardio, body weight and conditioning exercises plus a massive calorie burn!

Mums & Babies

Our Mums and Babies class is designed to give mums a safe and fun space to bring their babies whilst they participate in a class. The class is designed to get you back into the swing of fitness after pregnancy but also to work on your strength and fitness.

Online Nutrition Coaching

Work with a coach to reach your health and fitness goals!

Our Online Nutrition service is tailored to your individual health or performance goals. If you want to lose a few pounds or want to perform better at your sport, our coaches will help you to make sure your nutrition and lifestyle is set up for you to succeed. Our online nutrition services isn’t just number crunching. We track your entire lifestyle, from daily habits to sleep to stress management for an overall health and fitness package.

You will receive video feedback from your weekly check in to provide weekly goal setting and you have access to a messaging service to keep in touch with your coach through the week.

CrossFit Foundation Course

The Foundation sessions are required for anyone who is new to CrossFit, these sessions are set out to provide any new member with the skills required to take part in CrossFit WOD’s (workout of the day).

Group CrossFit Introduction

Our Couch to CrossFit program is a group based program running on intakes through the year. Drop us a message to find out details of our next intake.

  • The Couch to CrossFit program is 4 group classes over a 2 week period.

  • In the classes we teach you fundamental movements that show up in a CrossFit program and also prepare you to partake in our regular CrossFit classes.

  • Our Couch to CrossFit program is also a fantastic way to come into the gym as a complete beginner to build some confidence and get comfortable in our environment.

Sport Rehabilitation

Here anytime for a chat and educate the individual through their injury or area of pain and give advice and information on why it’s occurred and how to work on it
